Water Fasting - Is it Safe?
Many people choose to fast for a different number of reasons. Some want to detox and clean out their toxic system caused by years of waste build up clinging to their intestine walls. Others want to shed some extra weight for a special event. There's also those who fast for religious reasons.
Whatever the reason, there are great benefits to fasting.
Just like diets, there are many types of ways to fast. There's juice fasting, dry fasting, raw food fasting, lemon juice and honey fasting, and also water fasting. Water fasting is drinking only water and no other substance. That's right just water, absolutely no food.

The main difference is that instead of doing a water fast, you simply incorporate this special water into your daily eating and drinking diet, and get great health benefits similar to a fast except gradually.
